Introducing Holy Oaxaca Mole.
Back in 2023 I took a solo trip to the sacred region of Oaxaca for a mushroom hunting excursion. In that time I fell in love with the rich culture, it's history and all the delicious food.
Blended with pepitas and sunflower seeds, this seed butter is deep, rich and warm with cacao, pasilla, ancho and guajillo spices (otherwise known as the Holy Trinity spices of Mexico). Sweetened with deglet noor dates, the heat is balanced but not for the faint of heart.
